By using Ramaan Store you agree to provide accurate details when ordering. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious order.
Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, contact number and game account details. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. Game account details are used to fulfil the order only, then stored securely.
Refund policy
If we cannot fulfil your order we refund the full amount within 24 hours. Delivered digital products are non-refundable. Electronics can be exchanged within 3 days if they arrive damaged.
Delivery policy
Digital products (top-ups, coins, accounts): instant delivery worldwide once payment is confirmed. Electronics: delivery within Somalia — 1–2 days in Mogadishu, 2–4 days elsewhere.
